This Privacy Policy explains what information BuyTRX (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit our website or use our USDT → TRX swap tools, and how that information is used.

Depending on how you use BuyTRX, we may process:

  • Wallet address — a public blockchain address you choose to connect (not your private keys or seed phrase).
  • Communications — messages you send if you contact support.

We do not ask for government ID or full KYC documents for the basic swap interface described on the homepage.

2. How we use information

  • Operate and improve the BuyTRX website and swap experience
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Measure traffic and advertising performance (including Google Ads and Meta/Facebook ads where used)
  • Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations

2A. Advertising and Google Ads

When we run digital advertising, tags or pixels may help us understand whether an ad led to a visit or other conversion event. This can involve cookies and device/browser data. Details are in our Cookie Policy. We aim for landing-page claims to match the product shown on the homepage, including fee and risk disclosures.

3. Wallet connections

When you connect a wallet, the interface may read your public address and relevant TRON/TRC-20 balances needed to show a quote. We never request your private key or seed phrase. On-chain transactions occur only after you approve them in your wallet.

Blockchain transactions are public. Anyone can view addresses and transfer history on the TRON network.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools for session continuity, security, analytics, and ad measurement (for example Meta Pixel or similar tags when enabled). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.
