Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to BuyTRX websites and tools that help you swap USDT to TRX and related TRON network utilities. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BuyTRX provides a web interface to interact with TRON-based swap and energy-related flows. A core benefit described on our homepage is that even with zero TRX in your wallet, you can still swap USDT to TRX — network fees for supported flows may be covered by the platform.

  • The interface is informational and transactional tooling — not investment advice.
  • You connect a compatible wallet and must manually approve each transaction.
  • We do not take custody of your private keys.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use digital-asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws, taxes, and any restrictions that apply to you.

3. Wallet responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, devices, seed phrase, and approvals. Always verify transaction details in your wallet before signing. If you are unsure, do not approve the transaction.

4. Fees and fee coverage

For Google Ads and consumer transparency, associated fees are also summarized on the homepage under Business & Fee Disclosures. In short:

  • Platform service fee: 0% on the basic Instant Swap flow shown on the homepage
  • TRON network fees: covered by the platform on supported Instant Swap routes; coverage may be limited, paused, or changed
  • Exchange rate / spread: market-based quote shown before confirmation
  • Wallet / third-party fees: charged by your wallet or other third parties, if any, are your responsibility
  • Energy rental: any rental price is shown in that flow before confirmation

Displayed quotes, rates, and amounts may change with market conditions and network state.

5. Risks disclosure

  • Digital assets are volatile and can lose value.
  • Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
  • Smart contracts, wallets, and networks can experience outages, bugs, or congestion.
  • Past performance or example rates are not guarantees of future results.
Nothing on BuyTRX is an offer to buy or sell securities, or a promise of profit.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuyTRX for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service or other users. We may restrict access when we detect abuse or legal risk.

7. Intellectual property

BuyTRX branding, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as needed to use the service.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyTRX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or digital assets arising from your use of the service or blockchain networks.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
